Israel Alfonso is a transactional attorney with more than 25 years of experience advising clients on real estate and corporate matters. His real estate practice includes the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and management of retail, office, industrial, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use properties. He also structures and negotiates joint ventures, operating agreements, and partnership agreements for real estate investments.
Beyond real estate, Israel advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, and venture capital transactions. He has represented businesses across a range of industries, providing guidance on structuring deals and on complex transactions.
Israel is a title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
Before joining Avid Legal, he practiced with Mayer Brown in New York, and with Baker McKenzie, Greenberg Traurig, and Akerman in Miami. He is admitted to The New York Bar and The Florida Bar.
