Marina L. Marti serves as Foreign Counsel at Avid Legal and is not licensed to practice law in the United States. A real estate attorney and cross-border advisor with over 19 years of experience, she advises investors, businesses, and families whose interests span the United States, Argentina, and the broader Southern Cone. Her legal foundation includes six years at Marval O'Farrell Mairal in Argentina, where she worked in administrative law, public procurement, government concessions, and natural resources law. She later managed legal aspects of a portfolio of over 500 investment fund and infrastructure trust matters at Nación Fideicomisos S.A. She has also served as a consultant to UNICEF and the World Bank on matters involving biodiversity and energy.

Marina holds an LL.M. in Environmental and Natural Resources Law and Policy from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
